The members of the BVI ACO must comply with the Association's Constitution, Code of Ethics and Conduct and all legislation in the British Virgin Islands. The Ethics Committee has direct responsibility for the oversight of the integrity and compliance of members in this regard and shall investigate qualifying complaints as may be received from time to time.

Complete the Form

Complete the form and submit it to the Ethics Chairperson at ethicschair@bviaco.org. Acknowledgement will be made within 15 days..

Investigation

The complaint is investigated and remedied or advice is provide. Some complaints should be escalated to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

Closed

Once the complaint is remedied or advice is provided, a summary is presented to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission and the complaint is filed for six years.
