FACILITATOR

Ms. Anjen Mclean

Ms. Anjen Mc Lean is the Group Risk Manager at Massy Group. Over 25 years' expertise in Risk Management in various industries and countries reflect my passion for helping organizations improve through disciplined approaches that combine data with good leadership skills. I think of my career in terms of evangelizing risk management concepts to all levels of an organization to facilitate positive change and operational excellence. Implementing ERM frameworks across sectors such as FMCG (Nestle), Energy (Shell Trading) and Financial Services (JP Morgan) in organizations based in the UK and across the Caribbean have provided me with practical experience in how to implement risk management to derive value. The science of governance through policy development, the creation of governance structure, process improvement and decision frameworks have allowed me to gain pertinent experience in crafting structures that support excellence. I enjoy opportunities to share and collect stories of best practices with fellow professionals at all levels: CEOs, Board of Directors, operational managers and staff.
