The BVI Association of Compliance Officers will be holding a forum with the FSC on 1 June 2023 to gain some insight on and understand any obligations relevant to the Virtual Asset Services Provider (VASP) legislation.

The FSC will receive questions prior to the forum to ensure all areas of concern are addressed.
